Picture Mariah Carey swinging on a tire in the "Always Be My Baby" video, then picture Ludacris yelling "Move b*tch, get out the way!". You just had a horrendously low-quality virtual reality taste of the DJ Swaaan experience. From 90's Hip Hop and Pop and classic 80's dance tracks to current Top 40 that is pretty bad music but really fun after a few adult beverages, all DJ Swaaan wants to do is play music that makes people happy and creates a great night out in the best city in the world. The evening usually starts with some head-boppin' old school hip hop and a bit of sensual soul and motown, and then progresses to a point in time where the person next you is asking "did he really just mash-up Wilson Phillips' Hold On with Q-Tip's Vivrant Thing?". If you had to summarize the vibe of a DJ Swaaan party in one artist, it would definitely be "The Notorious Janet Bone Thugs-N-Bieber Jackson aka Ms. Lauryn J. Third Eye Blige aka Prince Lionel Richie / Queen Madonna-N-Pepa". DJ Swaaan loves everything about RPSC and is currently the 33rd ranked shuffleboard player in Brooklyn after a less than stellar showing in the 2015 singles tournament.
